Benchmarking

The benchmarking chart allows you to make comparisons either with companies of the same group or with companies marked as external (market). The configuration procedure is as follows:

1. I create external group: / admin / kpis / fromwhogroup / -> show in left menu = false -> with ID 2 if it doesn’t already exist

2. create new bu and mark them as By Whom Group external.

3. update bu claim hierarchy: bi / fromwho / list / 1 /?

4. modify the super user groups and the country involved by giving permission to view the BUs

5. enable import to a BU

6. check aggregation type = None for the imported kpis and max count for aggregation = 1

7. the benchmark can have even a single KPIs, change in graph config

8. create benchmarking with: drill down bu, By whom groups “external”
